Our Story
My name is Dave Paul, and I love beer. I grew up on a dairy farm in Ontario (moo) and after two years of music theatre school (jazz hands), I moved to Whistler in 1991 (beer).
In Whistler, I cultivated my passions: skiing, mountain biking, and serving people good beer & decadent wine. In Whistler, I met my perfect partner, Rachel, while slinging beer at the bar.
