A WINNING BREW! 3rd place in the German Pilsner category at the BC Beer Awards (a bit of a big deal;)) A light and crisp German-style pilsner that has been cold conditioned at 3C for 2 months.
Logger lager

Not to be served to minor miners! This light crisp lager was made with lumberjack hops from BC Hop Co. in Abbotsford and has been cold conditioned at 3C for over 2 months.

Livin' The Dream

This hazy pale ale is brewed with a kveik yeast giving it a citrus background with a soft pillowy mouthfeel. You’re drinking beer on Vancouver Island - definitely Livin’ the Dream!

Rachel Paul Ale - or Rye Pale Ale. This is my wife’s pale ale after she tried to mess with my DPA. I use some rye malt in the mash and more tropical hops for flavour. Galaxy and mosaic give this a nice peachy, passionfruit taste and smell.
Who's Yer paddy

This Irish Red Ale is made with a mix of malted grains and some roasted barley to give it a nice deep red colour and some rich biscuity notes.

Sunny Bunny Ale
4.8 ABV 25 IBU
This pale ale is a hare on the hoppy side! An easy-drinking pale ale using 2-row pale and caramel Munich malt. All the hops for this are organic hops from Island Hopper Farms in Nanoose.
Juicy Juice
6.2 ABV 48 IBU
NE style hazy IPA. A soft and juicy IPA with all the fruit flavours and minimal bitterness.

Experimental otter

5.2 ABV 25 IBU
This is a single-hopped pale ale made with Maris Otter malt from England and a single hop that I’ve never tried before. You really otter try it!
